The soccer team has gotten off to a good foot. They are currently third in the standings.

The REX11 team now be offers development services for those customers looking to have their ecommerce accounts linked directly with WMS.

First up our Founder and President, Ron Roman

Fun Fact: I love the fact there are over 400 families that are living off this company…it’s amazing!

Spring often evolves cleaning, and here at Bergen Logistics that’s no exception. The main NJ office is getting a bit of a face lift; a little paint here and there, closets are getting cleaned out, and we’re in the process of building a new reception area. Aside from the new paint job, this week also brought us new client signing, new hires, and fantastic soccer game.

On Monday we played our third game of the season, winning 3-1. It felt really great to come back with a victory after our lose last week. Check out the over all standings of the team here.

Joining our family here at Bergen is Tanika Roberts. Tanika, will be working with our back office team to support all of our clients that currently look to us to handle their BO needs. We’d just like to say welcome aboard Tanika, and have fun.

We’re excited start working with Valentina Shah, and thrilled that Dieppa Resterpo enjoyed working with us on the wholesale front they have decided to use us for their eCommerce business.

Lastly this week we celebrated Tommie Baeze, Orlando Torres, Kleiny Coronado, and Pablo Mora’s birthdays.

As you know Bergen Logistics offers a few options when it comes to communicating with our warehouse system, one of which is an API interface, which has been updates. We’re sure you’re wondering exactly what that means to you. Well essentially the API is now significantly faster, errors are handled more efficiently and error messages are more descriptive. Additionally there is now complete documentation about the process of setting an the API up and lastly users can get much more out of the system…So overall some really great changes to an already great interface.

We’ve also integrated our system to generate pick tickets directly from Shopify.com, making use of that API (we really love the API here). Speaking of integrating shopping carts, we are proud to announce that the REX11 team (the same group that developed WMS) will now be offering development services for those customers looking to have their ecommerce accounts linked directly with WMS. Well this week wasn’t all sunshine and great weather, our soccer team suffered a defeat in this week’s game bringing their overall standing to 1-1, but we’re prepared to dust ourselves off and come back strong next week.

This week we celebrated one of employees Mirian’s birthday, cake was had by all.

The arrival of spring not only brings warmer weather but marks the start of soccer season here at Bergen Logistics. We won our first game on Tuesday the 13th with the final score 3-1 putting us at 1-0, what a great way to start the season!

We’ve also done upgraded the shipping line in our second North Bergen Location (check out it out here) it really is something to behold.

This past week have we celebrated the birthdays of seven employees. It’s always fun when we are able to take a few moments and share in some good times with the rest of the guys here.

Lastly, despite all the great things happening here, there has been a bit of a somber tone in the office. Sadly one of our back office account managers, Stephanie Griffin, suffered a lose in her family. Our deepest condolences are with her and her family during this difficult time.
